Email Validator

Validate email address format quickly and reliably.

What an email check can and cannot tell you

This tool checks whether an address is written correctly: one at sign, a valid local part, a domain with a proper ending and no illegal characters or spaces. It helps catch typos before you send a form or import a list.

What it cannot confirm

A correctly formatted address may still not exist. Only sending a message, or asking the owner to confirm through a link, proves that a mailbox is real and that its owner agrees to receive email.

Common typos it catches

  • Missing at sign or domain ending
  • Spaces or commas inside the address
  • Two dots in a row
  • Misspelled providers such as gmial.com

Good practice for list owners

Use double opt-in, remove addresses that bounce and always include an unsubscribe link.
